Gigaspinz Casino Casino Review
Gigaspinz Casino is a new casino site by Flowerinas SRL, a relatively unknown casino company with only one other casino under its belt (Blazing Wildz). Given this, the site needs to work extra hard to establish itself in the consciousness of players, and unfortunately, the results are more or less a mixed bag. While the casino has quite a few strong sides, its many flaws might contribute to it failing to make a splash in an already very saturated industry.
The first thing I noticed when I started examining the casino is just how simple its interface is. Even when examined on desktop, you’ll see a lot of very big buttons that are designed to scroll from side to side, with most of the main sections accessible right there from the home page, without the need to ever open the menu. On mobile, such an interface would fit like a glove, but on desktop, it’s sticking out like a sore thumb.
Once you move past the user interface and get into the nitty-gritty of the site, you’ll find many more peculiarities – some of which work in its favor, while others against it. For example, you’ll find a trio of welcome bonuses and a separate one-time high roller bonus, but the only reload offer can be obtained once a week (in stark contrast to other casinos which will give you reload promos throughout the year). Beyond that, your only way of receiving bonus cash is through a cashback on your losses, which is welcome, but also dependent on you losing money, not depositing it.
The same thing applies to the games. Although both the amount and diversity of titles are pretty decent, it appears that a lot of effort has been made to simplify the design as much as possible and emphasize quality over quantity. On one hand, this is great news for people who are new to the online casino landscape and aren’t sure where to even get started within a site’s selection of games, but on the other, veterans might find these constraints to be restrictive and limiting compared to what other sites offer.
Overall, I’d like to emphasize that the name of the game here is “simplicity”. If you’re looking for a reliable casino site with a simple to understand interface, straightforward bonuses and games, and nothing to find there except what’s already on its front page, then Gigaspinz might be precisely what you’re looking for. If instead you’re looking for something deeper, we would recommend trying to find something more suited to your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all – in fact, just like everything else here, it’s been designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible. First, you need to navigate to the “Sign Up” button on the top-right corner, then fill out your email and create a password. That’s a bulk of the process completed right there – once your account is created, you just need to fill out some personal details in your profile.
The minimum you can withdraw from this casino is €50, which is not only very high compared to other sites, but also to Gigaspinz’s own €15 minimum deposit. This means you’ll be struggling a lot trying to win enough to withdraw if you ended up only depositing the minimum amount.
That changes moment to moment. Sometimes you’ll see multiple tournaments, other times a lottery or two, and other times still, nothing else besides the permanent bonuses that Gigaspinz offers. The trick is to check persistently, for example once a week.
As far as we can tell based on the terms of conditions, most withdrawals will not be charged a fee. However, there may be some special circumstances when the casino will in fact add a small surcharge to your withdrawal – for example, when withdrawing multiple times within a very short amount of time.
The process is very standard and mostly identical to the way it works at most other casinos. For starters, you’ll need to perform your first withdrawal to initiate the KYC procedure, and then you’ll need to submit photos of your ID document and something that proves your address. Depending on how you deposited, you might need to prove that as well. The process should take no more than 10 minutes.
Despite its simplicity, Gigaspinz’s site can be buggy at times. We recommend trying a different browser, for example if you’re using Firefox try switching to Chrome. Sometimes you might experience temporary issues that will be fixed by the staff within a few hours. If nothing works, please contact the support and outline the issue – they’ll be able to help.

Safety
There are several things we need to consider when examining the safety of Gigaspinz. The first is whether the site has a license and a properly stated owner, and it certainly doesn’t have the latter. Examining its footer, terms & conditions or About Us page reveals no information whatsoever on which company owns and operates it, nor on whether it’s licensed. This is an immediate red flag that is likely to turn off many players who prefer to play at licensed online casinos due to the additional safety net they offer.
With that said, Gigaspinz is, in fact, licensed – it simply doesn’t advertise itself as such. Checking the Anjouan license registry for the site’s domain reveals a valid license and the company owning it, Flowerinas SRL. This certifies that the site abides by Anjouan’s regulations and has oversight from a proper gambling authority, though, for one reason or another, this information isn’t easily accessible. It’s possible that the reasoning could be something as benign as the site’s owners wanting to keep the interface as clear and straightforward as possible.
However, the license is only one half of the equation. The rest is about the casino’s reputation, and that’s significantly harder to quantify – especially for Gigaspinz, which is owned by a newer company without a lot of presence. Its Trustpilot score is very high, which is reassuring and overall points to the site being very trustworthy, but it’s harder to say this with a degree of certainty than it is for older, more established companies with hundreds of sites. There’s always a risk betting on “the new kid on the block” – but in the case of Gigaspinz, that risk doesn’t appear to be particularly high.
Responsible Gambling Tools
Responsible gambling is, some might say, even more important than safe gambling. A casino that pays out your winnings on time, but also won’t do a thing to curb gambling addiction (or even worse, will actively try to get you addicted) is not one worth playing at no matter how great it is. That’s why it’s extremely important to examine what responsible gambling tools are offered by each site – and while Gigaspinz does offer more of them than many of its competitors, there are notable areas where it could improve.
The site sports an expansive responsible gambling page that’s filled to the brim with different links for organizations and resources that can help those struggling with addiction, as well as general advice on how to avoid it if you’re someone at risk of it. While there are always ways to do more, we must admit that we admire the effort here – it feels honest, not performative.
Tools Gigaspinz Casino provides:
- Comprehensive Responsible Gambling page – Gigaspinz Casino’s Responsible Gambling page is quite exhaustive and gives you access to a lot of resources and options, all compiled in a single, easy to read page.
- Self-exclusion – If you wish to temporarily (or permanently) exclude yourself from the site, all you need to do is email the support team. They’ll suspend your account for whatever amount of time you need, ensuring you can take a break from gambling.
- Deposit limits – One of the best responsible gambling features is being able to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits directly through your profile. Once set, each monthly limit is valid for 720 hours and can not be removed before that timer expires.
- At risk rules – Gigaspinz offers a list of 8 rules to follow in order to gamble responsibly, such as never trying to win back losses and never thinking of online gambling as a career.
Tools Gigaspinz Casino does not provide:
- Loss Limits – While it’s possible to set limits for how much you spend at Gigaspinz, there is no automated mechanism that stops you from playing once you’ve accumulated a certain amount of losses.
- Session Time Limits – Similar to the above, there doesn’t seem to be a mechanism that lets you limit how long you can play on the site (at least not without using third party tools, like browser extensions).
- Financial tracking – Due to the site’s simple design, there is no way to view your finances at a glance, assessing how much you’ve won and lost for a particular time period.
Problems & Complaints
If you’d like to take part in the self-exclusion or have a different issue that you need help with, the best thing you can do is send an email to the support team. You can do so by writing [email protected] from the same email address you used to register for the casino. This is the best way to contact support, as it reaches the highest level of support – but if you have an issue that can be fixed by low-level support, writing live chat can be a much faster way to go about it.
If you believe you’ve been scammed out of your winnings, or that Gigaspinz is breaking regulations in some way, you might need to turn directly to Anjouan Gaming – the regulator responsible for issuing the site its license and ensuring it plays by the rules. We’d recommend that you only do this as a last resort, since the process is slow and might end up opening an investigation that you’d need to be involved in. Only file a complaint if Gigaspinz’s own support fails to address your concerns in a satisfactory way.

Bonuses
As mentioned a bit earlier in our review, Gigaspinz offers a number of different bonuses, but the vast majority of them are only available to new players who claim them as part of their welcome
promotion. There is just one reload offer available, a few passive bonuses, and the occasional tournament or lottery. As far as we can tell, the casino doesn’t offer any limited-time promotions (for example, Christmas bonuses) – or if it does, they’re so rare that we didn’t encounter any evidence of their existence while researching it.
At least the welcome package is pretty generous, offering a total bonus of 255% match up to €2,500 and 250 free spins across 3 bonuses. This is much higher than what many other sites would offer you, to the point where even if you’re just depositing the minimum amounts, you should still be able to get a pretty sizeable bonus as a reward for your trust. All three parts of the welcome offer must be played through x35 times, which is average for the industry even if it’s still pretty high.
In addition to the welcome bonus, you can also claim a one-time high roller bonus which amounts to a 50% match up to €500, so long as you deposit at least €100 at once. This offer is one of the few that will require a bonus code (50HIGH), and can be considered almost like a 4th part of the welcome bonus which you can activate at any point once you’ve used up the previous three.
Once you’re done with the welcome package, the only reload offer you’ll have access to is the Sunday Reload, which will net you a 25% match up to €100 – an extremely modest offer, especially considering the fact that it’s also the only one AND that it’s limited to just one day of the week. Just like the high roller offer, you’ll need to use a bonus code to receive it (RELDAY), but unlike that one, you can claim it as many times as you want.
The only other thing worth noting are the passive promotions – the weekly rakeback and cashback offers. Every week, you can receive up to 25% of your losses (cashback) and up to 17% of all wagers (rakeback). However, both of these promotions will be tied to the casino’s VIP program, which will make them inaccessible to the the vast majority of players. And even if you do qualify for them, you’ll likely receive a much smaller percentage (for example 1-2% cashback instead of 25%).
Welcome Bonus Pack
The welcome bonus of Gigaspinz offers 3 distinct deposits, with a 4th “bonus” one for high rollers if you’re so inclined. Out of them, the first deposit bonus is by far the best, since it’ll offer you a 150% match up to €1,500, on top of 150 free spins. This is a very generous offer, especially since (as far as we can tell) you’ll receive the free spins all at once instead of in daily batches, which is something that many other sites end up doing. There’s no catch, no minimum deposit required (besides the €15 minimum that applies to the entire site), just a very solid bonus all around.
The second and third deposit bonuses are still solid, but nowhere near as generous. The second deposit offer will give you just a 55% match up to €500, alongside 100 free spins – with those spins being by far the best part of the entire bonus. As for the third bonus, that one won’t have any free spins, but at least the match percentage will be increased to 100% (though the maximum bonus you can get is still €500). This means that while the first deposit bonus is universally great for everyone, the second is mostly good for people who weren’t planning to deposit that much, and the third is best for high rollers.
Speaking of high rollers, there’s a 4th deposit you can claim besides the other three aimed specifically at people who love to deposit big amounts at once – since you’ll need to put down at least €100 to access it. This high roller bonus requires a bonus code (50HIGH), but once you complete the deposit, you’ll receive a 50% match up to €500. Not great, considering the higher deposit requirement it comes with, but hey, more bonus cash is never a bad thing.
As for wagering requirements, luckily all bonuses at this casino have the same ones: x35 within 7 days. Having to play through your bonus amount x35 times is very standard, and you’ll find the same requirement (or similar enough) at many other casinos. On the other hand, having to complete that requirement in just a week is going to be pretty tight, with even the most expedient bonuses typically giving you at least 10 days to finish playing through them. This is unfortunate, but ultimately shouldn’t be a deal breaker, especially with smaller deposits.
Weekly Bonuses & Promotions
Despite the fact that Gigaspinz’s welcome package is extremely satisfactory, the same can’t be said about the casino’s reload promotions – which ultimately paints it in a far worse light. After all, welcome bonuses are just one-time only, and then all players (whether they signed up a week ago or 5 years ago) will be left relying on the same reload promotions. If they aren’t up to snuff, then gamblers will have no reason to stick around. And sadly, that’s a very realistic scenario here.
In terms of traditional welcome promotions, the only one here can be claimed once a week on Sunday using the bonus code “RELDAY”. It’ll net you a mere 25% match up to €100 – a far cry from not only the welcome offer, but also what many other casinos would provide to loyal players. The average competitor would not only offer at least 2-3 different bonuses that can be claimed throughout the week (not just on a single day), but said bonuses will also be much more generous than just 25%. The wagering requirements, x35 within 7 days, are also not great, especially the short time you have to complete them.
Technically, Gigaspinz does offer two more methods of obtaining bonus cash – a cashback and a rakeback. The cashback will give you a portion of all net losses back, up to 25%, and the rakeback will do the same, but for all wagers (not just lost ones) – up to 17%. The catch is that both of these promotions are tied to the VIP program, which you’ll need to advance through sufficiently before they’ll even activate. Even then, the starting values are pretty low (1% cashback, 2% rakeback).
Advancement through the VIP program will be pretty difficult, as it only has a few levels – meaning that even just advancing once will require an immense amount of resources. To get to each level, you need to accumulate a certain amount of Wager Points – one WP is gained from every €5 wagered. To get to Silver (the second level) you need 1,500 points – or €7,500 wagered. That’s already fairly high, but getting to Gold, the third level, requires a whopping 11,000 points, or €55,000 wagered – or an extra €47,500 on top of what you already needed to get to Silver. That is ridiculously high!

Mobile App/Mobile Casino
If you’re accessing Gigaspinz’s site through desktop, then you’ll have undoubtedly noticed what a mess its interface is – its large icons and clunky menus feel very awkward to navigate on a large screen. The reason for that, of course, is that the casino has been optimized to work on mobile, not desktop. And considering the fact that most of its users play on their phones, it’s no surprise that Gigaspinz’s creators chose to prioritize that platform.
As expected, the site works great on mobile devices whether you’re using an older or newer device, an Android or an iPhone. Just like most other online casinos, Gigaspinz doesn’t have a downloadable app – at least, not one that we could find. This means you’ll need to use your phone’s mobile browser to enjoy it, whether that’s the built-in one (like Chrome or Safari) or something you specifically downloaded (like Firefox).
In any case, the web-based casino will look, feel, and behave exactly as if it was an app downloaded from your device’s respective app store. The experience is fluid and smooth, the interface is intuitive, and you’ll have access to every single feature of the site at your fingertips. There’s no doubt about it: if you’re considering playing at Gigaspinz, the best way to experience it is through your mobile device.

Payments Overview
Deposits & Withdrawal
To deposit at Gigaspinz, all you need to do is put down €15. While this isn’t the lowest entry point reviewed here at Buzz, it’s still much lower than the vast majority of online casinos which will typically require you to put down €20 to €25.
On the flipside, the minimum withdrawal you’ll need to make is a whopping €50 – more than 3 times the minimum deposit. This will make it extremely difficult to withdraw unless you’ve deposited more than €50, doubly so because all deposits will need to be played through x3 times before winnings from them can be withdrawn.
As for withdrawal limits, at least those are pretty generous, with €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month. Sure, there are some casino sites out there with far bigger limits (or no limits at all), but also, we doubt that most players would ever need to withdraw more than €10,000 in a single month.

Withdrawal Processing Time
Although most sites have a processing time of about 3 days, Gigaspinz claims to be a little faster than that – its payments page explicitly states that it’ll take up to 24 hours to process and verify your transaction before dispatching it. This process might be delayed somewhat depending on some circumstances (like holidays), but for the most part, you should receive your winnings very quickly.
With that said, there might still be a delay if you’re withdrawing with a fiat currency, specifically by using a banking payment method. Sure, both crypto and e-wallets like Jeton should process your transaction extremely quickly, but banks are slow, meaning that if you withdraw into your credit card, it might take up to 3 additional business days for the money to be made available and reflected into your account. Bank transfer can be even slower, taking up to 10 days to complete – though cases in which it actually takes that long are rare.
Transaction fees
Many online casinos will incur fees when you’re withdrawing – small deposit fees, frequent deposit fees, fees for withdrawing with a credit card, etc etc. It’s annoying, but most players have learned to accept it as one of the sad realities of casino gaming by now. Well, Gigaspinz has decided that they won’t be playing that game, and there is no mention of any fees on either its payment page or terms of service page. In the vast majority of cases, it appears that you’ll be getting the exact amount of money you’ve withdrawn, which is relatively rare and a huge positive for Gigaspinz.
With that said, incurring a fee isn’t impossible – it’s just so rare (only reserved for special cases) that the casino’s owners haven’t mentioned it. It’s also possible that certain payment options might incur a fee not because Gigaspinz took a cut, but because the payment provider did. With that said, these cases are not usual, and when withdrawing your money you should go into it with the expectation that you won’t be paying any fees.
Payment Methods
Sadly, after one of the biggest positives of Gigaspinz comes one of the biggest negatives: the number of available payment options. Most of the ways that you can use to deposit here are related to crypto currencies – you can use Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Tether, as well as the smaller, less commonly used (but still popular) Ripple and Tron. That’s a pretty decent variety of different crypto options, meaning that even though this isn’t a crypto casino, you should be able to find something to your taste if you have any interest at all in alternative currencies.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the traditional payment methods – if you want to deposit using a fiat currency, your options will decrease dramatically. As far as we can see, you can only make a deposit using credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), as well as two e-wallets (Jeton and Mifinity). Alternative e-wallets like Neteller, Skrill, or Revolut, as well as pre-paid vouchers like Neosurf or Paysafecard, are not supported as of the time of writing. This is very disappointing and greatly limits the ways in which most players can deposit.
Accepted Currencies
Gigaspinz supports a fair few fiat currencies, specifically AUD, BGN, CAD, CZK, EUR, HRK, NZD, RON, ZAR. As far as we can tell, it’s possible to combine fiat and crypto deposits, though they’ll be displayed separately on your account as they’ve technically been made with different currencies.
Minimum Rollover Requirement
Although most casino sites have a minimum rollover requirement of just x1 (meaning that every deposit made must be played through at least once in order for any winnings to be withdrawn), Gigaspinz is a bit stricter than that. According to section 7 (withdrawal policy) point 6, the player must play through their winnings a minimum of x3 times before they can initiate a withdrawal. For a practical example, this means that if you deposit €20, you must make at least €60 worth of wagers before initiating a withdrawal. This is an extremely strict requirement which seems to serve no purpose other than to inconvenience players who are trying to withdraw their hard-earned winnings. A big negative mark on the casino.
Inactive or Dormant Account Policy
Gigaspinz’s dormant account policy is clearly described in section 9 of its terms of service. According to that, every account that hasn’t been logged into for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant and subjected to an administrative fee of €10 for each subsequent month of inactivity. This fine is only applicable if the player has any money in their account (be it deposits or winnings), and will NOT be charged to linked payment options. Simply logging into the account is also enough to stop the fee from being processed for another 12 months. Even if the account’s balance reaches 0, it will never be closed by the casino due to inactivity.

Account Verification
Withdrawing isn’t as simple as selecting the “Withdraw” button and then watching as money magically pours into your account. There are a few things to consider, like the x3 wagering requirement and the processing time, both of which we’ll discuss a little later. But there’s another thing you’ll need to keep in mind, specifically the first time you’re making a withdrawal: account verification.
To prevent money laundering, Gigaspinz (like any other casino site) will need to make sure it knows exactly who it’s sending money to. This means that, the first time you make a withdrawal request, you’ll need to verify your identity – typically with a form of ID and some document proving where you live (could be something as simple as a utility bill). Once you send photos of both, your account should be verified, allowing you to proceed with your withdrawal.

Customer Support
Like most other casino sites, Gigaspinz offers two ways via which you can contact its support team, should you ever need some assistance with an issue. The first is via live chat, which is located in a somewhat odd place: you’ll need to open the main menu on the left hand side and then select the headset icon. Many other sites will have the icon in the bottom right corner, so if you’ve been looking for it there (like I have), now you know where to find it.
The other method is via email – by writing [email protected]. This is actually the casino’s own recommended way of contacting them if you have a more serious issue, like with payments and transactions. These things require a more in-depth investigation from a higher-level support agent, and sending an email as opposed to writing via live chat is a good way to give the staff the space and time to address your concerns properly.
Registration & Login
Signing up for Gigaspinz is extremely simple – in fact, it’s one of the most straightforward registration procedures we’ve ever interacted with. Just select the “Sign Up” button, fill out your email address, create a password, then bam, you’re done. Your account has been created, and you can go ahead and link a payment option right away.
Of course, before you can actually make a payment you’ll need to add some extra information to your profile, like your full name and address. This is, in essence, not too different from how other casinos require this information at sign-up. However, the difference is psychological. It’s much easier to register in 5 seconds and then spend a minute or two filling out your profile than it is to spend a few minutes on registering before you even have a profile.
Conclusion
Gigaspinz Casino has a few good ideas and just as many bad ones. On the surface, it tries to be a simple, beginner friendly site, a “what you see is what you get” kind of deal. The interface is very easy to navigate (especially on mobile), the game selection is curated, everything is kept as straightforward as possible. Honestly, the idea is commendable, but the execution has resulted in multiple gaps that certainly should not have been there.
For example, in their attempt to keep the bonuses simple and easy to understand, Gigaspinz have severely limited them, making it so that most players will get next to no bonus cash once they’ve gone through the welcome package. In an attempt to keep payment methods simple, the casino is lacking quite a few options that would have been popular with players. And in an attempt to curate the games selection, many titles (especially more obscure ones) didn’t make the cut. And in my opinion, these things will do more to alienate players than to make them feel welcome.

Gigaspinz is a simple, yet effective online casino site – one that cuts out almost all the fluff both in its interface and its features in order to focus on the barest essentials. While some players might appreciate this stripped-down version of a casino, others might feel a little disappointed that certain features they’ve come to expect aren’t present here.
